Rainforest walk and value added

We have made it safely here with our guide Javier. Pura vida! (Which means "cool" "ok" "awesome" "I'm good" and many other things) we will be saying it often I imagine. We took a walk in the rainforest - which has a trailhead right from our lodges - and we heard about the biodiversity in the area. Apparently the dogs we thought we heard are only howler monkeys! We also created expectations and norms for the week. See a typical Costa Rican lunch below. Pura vida.
